Open Jira filters
Go to Filters → Advanced Issue Search and paste this JQL:
assignee = currentUser() AND resolutiondate >= startOfMonth() ORDER BY createdDate

Select only the “Summary” column
Click Columns button, remove all columns except Summary.

Export as CSV
Click Export → CSV (Comma Delimited) and upload the file above.
